Process changes of rotor balance adjustment for fan motors. 


[Reason for change] 
For integrating method of rotor balance adjustment as same as other model. 
1. Shape of impeller hub 
Existence: No pockets on hub for adding balancing weight. 
Modification: Add pockets on hub for balance adjustment. 
2. Rotor balance adjustment 
Existence: Removing _Weight_ by drilling from a side of metal cup. 
Modification: Adding balance weight on the pockets of the impeller hub.
