replaced by the HON8875. The HON8875 is fabricated at a 
different location and uses a different mask set. 

Change Identification: Prodcut using the HON8875 will have a 
date code M1427 and later. 

Reason for Change: The fabrication line manufacturing the 
MED8875 has closed and the MED8875 inventory has been depleted. 

Expected Impact: This change does not impact the form, fit, 
function, quality, or reliability of the impacted product.
