Molex CVS (formerly known as Laird Commercial Vehicle Solutions Division) 

On March 1, 2019, Molex purchased the assets of Laird Commercial Vehicle Solutions Division business. 

The part numbers affected by this will now be marketed as Molex CVS. We will continue to use Laird 
part number as before in order to minimize the confusion as we move to the new brand. If you have not 
been familiar with the Molex CVS companies in the past, we are confident that you will find that we 
maintain Lairds reputation for high quality and service.
