Phoenix Contact UK 10,3 Housing and LED Change

Phoenix Contact has modified the housing to improve airflow for
the UK 10,3 Terminal Blocks.  The V/C number (batch) is
incremented.  Additionally, the red LED appears to be black when
not activated.

During transition of the changes, both versions of this product
may be supplied depending on inventory.
