Phoenix Contact KGG-PC 4 Flange Change

Phoenix Contact has changed the flanges on the housing for the
KGG-PC 4 housings, from a recessed are for the screw, to a flat
design.  During transition of the changes, both versions of this
product may be supplied depending on inventory.
