Phoenix Contact GMSTB(V) Change to Slotted Sides on Headers

Phoenix Contact is removing the slots on the end walls of the
GMSTB(V) headers.  Any further technical data and outside
dimensions are not affected by this change.  During transition
of the changes, both versions of this product may be supplied
depending on inventory.
