REASON FOR CHANGE: Transferring assembly & test of selected 4
    pin & 6 pin couplers with transistor output from Malaysia to
    a Contract Manufacturer in China will free up production
    capacity in Malaysian factory and shorten leadtimes.

EXPECTED INFLUENCE ON QUALITY RELIABILITY/PERFORMANCE: Product
    characterization shows nochange in performance. Products
    from the Contract Manufacturer have passed all qualification
    tests. Necessary steps have been taken to ensure continued
    supply of products.
