The output of this power supply is determined by the
position of the shorting bar on the printed circuit
board.  For 24VDC @ 12 Amp operation, connect the PWB
terminal "A" to terminal "12/24".  For 28VDC at 10 Amp
operation, connect the PWB terminal "A" to terminal "15/28".
