KEMET has decided to maximize the quantity of the capacitors on
certain 13" reels from 10,000 to 15,000 pcs.  The change will
not affect part designs or dimensions.  The purpose of this
change is to help customers minimize the number of change-overs
required on a pick-and-place machine, thereby increasing
placement efficiency.

The effective date for the quantity change is July 31,2013.
