KEMET Ceramic Surface Mount Capacitors Reeling Update.

Kemet is updating tape and reeling specifications (both
chip thickness and reel quantity).

Affected products include:
C0805C562*5GAC and all lower voltages - 25V, 16V, 10V and
6.3V.  C1812C822*1GAC and C1825C273*1GAC - only 100V.  The
modification is effective immediately in all tolerances.
