Description of Change:  SOP-6L4 TCLX10XX & TCLT16XX Miniflat Couplers
construction will change from coplanar to Double Molded Over/ Under
type. IL35X, SFH1690, SFH690 & SFH691, TCLX10XX & TCLT16XX Series
couplers will switch over to Eco friendly ?Green? molding compounds.
An alternate detector die will be added to BOM for SFH1690, SFH690,
SFH691, TCLX10XX & TCLT16XX Series couplers. The detector wafer size
will change from 4" to 6".
