Littelfuse would like to notify the use of Copper (Cu) Wire to
SOT89 3L package. Copper (Cu) and Gold (Au) wires
are concurrently used in SOT89 3L package at this stage. There
are no changes to fit, form, function of the finished product.
Qualification efforts are complete.
