Vishay/Sfernice Series RT12 / RT25

Sfernice is switching to RoHS raw materials on series RT012
and RT025.  These changes will include: Carbon grain used
as wiper for RT025 is now RoHS compliant, and termination
finishing is now Sn/Ag,97/3 for both RT012 and RT025.
The RoHS product can be identified by the "e" at the end
of the date code.  Please see the list of affected parts.
