rated part designed primarily for the Oil & Gas Industry.  It is very conservative design (think miliary-like 
design rules inside the MLCC), a special dielectric to have very higher IR (insulation resistance) at high 
temperatures, followed by a rigorous screening protocol (100% medical grade visual inspection, 100% burn-in 
(voltage conditioning) with strict PDA, 100% electrical screening, 100% C-SAM (acoustical screening).
