This pre-tuned solution optimizes lens, sensor, and interface in a modular format. Additionally, any emerging sensors introduced by onsemi will include PRISM as a part of its standard deliverables. The modules, combined with hardware adapters and ecosystem partner development kits, can be used for prototyping purposes and shorten the prototype design process for faster time to market.

ARX383CS CMOS Digital Image Sensors

onsemi ARX383CS CMOS Digital Image Sensors are 1/8", 0.3MP CMOS digital VGA image sensors with an active-pixel array of 640 (H) x 480 (V). The onsemi ARX383CS incorporates an innovative global shutter pixel design optimized for accurate and fast capture of moving scenes. The sensors produce clear, low-noise images in low-light and bright scenes. The sensors include sophisticated camera functions such as auto exposure control, windowing, row-skip mode, column-skip mode, pixel-binning, pixel-summing, and video/single-frame modes. These sensors are programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The ARX383CS produces extraordinarily clear, sharp digital pictures, and can capture both continuous video and single frames, which makes the sensors the perfect choice for a wide range of applications, including scanning and industrial inspection.

onsemi ARX383 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree is a part of the Hyperlux SG family, which includes world-class global shutter devices (VGA, 1/8" format). The power tree is designed to support three different input voltages starting from 5V, 18V, and 48V while enabling flexible powering through LDOs, Buck Converters, and a PMIC. It also provides power for onsemi's local ISP and remote ISP via the PMIC, ensuring optimized performance across diverse configurations.
