onsemi Premier Reference Image Sensor Modules (PRISM) Ecosystem enables the development of intelligent, high-performance vision systems. The PRISM Ecosystem is a pre-optimized sub-system solution developed with onsemi’s industrial and commercial image sensors. This pre-tuned solution optimizes lens, sensor, and interface in a modular format. Additionally, any emerging sensors introduced by onsemi will include PRISM as a part of its standard deliverables. The modules, combined with hardware adapters and ecosystem partner development kits, can be used for prototyping purposes and shorten the prototype design process for faster time to market.

AR0822 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree

onsemi AR0822 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree is a part of the Hyperlux LH family, which includes superior low-light, eHDR devices (8MP, 1/1.8" format). The power tree is designed to support three different input voltages starting from 5V, 18V, and 48V while enabling flexible powering through LDOs, Buck Converters, and a PMIC. It also provides power for onsemi's local ISP and remote ISP via the PMIC, ensuring optimized performance across diverse configurations.

AR0822 CMOS Image Sensor

onsemi AR0822 CMOS Image Sensor is an 8-megapixel (MP) stacked 8.81mm diagonal BSI (back-side illuminated) CMOS digital image sensor based on a 2.0µm pixel. This sensor features an active−pixel array of 3840 (H) x 2160 (V) and is capable of 4K video at 60 frames-per-second (fps), capturing images in either linear or eHDR modes (120dB) with a rolling−shutter readout. The AR0822 also offers enhanced NIR sensitivity and sophisticated camera functions such as binning/windowing. It is designed for rugged environments, offering an operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C junction temperature.
