High CV MLCCs

YAGEO High CV MLCCs are high capacitance multilayer ceramic capacitors that function in decoupling and smoothing operations to reduce noise and provide stable power supplies for all the modern data processing devices in today’s markets. High-speed data transmission generates noises and electromagnetic interferences, which puts additional strain on power supply noise suppression systems. To achieve these demands, YAGEO has adapted the dopant composition, retained uniform grain sizes, and provided a well-controlled core and shell structure in the MLCC.

Group Power Conversion Components

YAGEO Group (YAGEO, Pulse, KEMET) designs passive component technologies that are critical in power conversion systems, including safety, snubber, and DC link capacitors; current sense and power resistors; and magnetic components such as transformers, common mode chokes, and inductors. Because every electronic device requires power, a vast majority of these products utilize a form of power conversion or power supply to deliver the required energy. 

Automotive Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs)

YAGEO Automotive Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and reliable in a wide -55°C to +150°C temperature range. The MLCCs feature a 0.1pF to 10µF capacitance range, 6.3VDC to 1kVDC voltage rating range, and tolerances from 0.05pF to 0.5pF or 1% to 20%. The MLCCs are available in C0G (NP0), X5R, X6S, X7R, X8G, and X8R dielectrics in various case sizes ranging from 0201 to 1210. These automotive-grade Class I and Class II devices are suitable for all general-purpose, entertainment, comfort/security, and information applications.

AC Automotive Grade SMD/SMT MLCCs

YAGEO AC Automotive Grade SMD/SMT MLCCs are AEC-Q200 qualified, possess long endurance, and are reliable under various temperatures (from -55°C to +155°C) and humidity (1000 hours, +85°C/85% RH) conditions. These robust capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin. YAGEO AC Automotive Grade SMD/SMT MLCCs are RoHS compliant and feature lead-free terminations.
