YAGEO Automotive TVS Diodes offer fast response speed, high reliability, and an AEC-Q101 automotive rating. The fast response speed protects sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These automotive diodes feature low dynamic resistance, excellent clamping capability, and a peak pulse power rating of up to 30,000W. In addition to automotive applications, YAGEO Automotive TVS Diodes are ideal for DC power supplies and telecom applications.

General Purpose TVS Diodes

YAGEO General Purpose TVS Diodes feature a 5V to 600V voltage range, unidirectional or bidirectional design, and low dynamic internal resistance. These diodes offer fast response speed, low dynamic resistance, excellent clamping capability, and high reliability. YAGEO General Purpose TVS Diodes are ideal for DC power supplies, security surveillance, and telecom applications.

Circuit Protection Components

YAGEO offers complete circuit protection solutions, including overvoltage protection (OVP) components TVS, MOV, GDT, SPG, ESD, TSS, and overcurrent protection components PPTC and NTC. The TVS, MOV, and ESD products provide precise voltage clamping capability and constrain the voltage to a permissible level to prevent circuit damage by conducting significant current to ground. The GDT, SPG, and TSS products work as a switch that can be turned on to conduct transient abnormal current to ground. The PPTC and NTC resistors feature resistance dependent on temperature and can be changed along with temperature to protect circuits. YAGEO Circuit Protection products are used in all kinds of applications, including automotive, industrial, power supplies, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
