The supplier reports that the soft carry case used to store and
transport this product includes a transparent plastic cardholder
window stitched at the exterior of the soft carrycase, contains
cadmium and may not fully meet the substance restrictions set by
the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU / REACH. The cadmium is only
present in the transparent cardholder window and is limited to
about 0.2 mg, which is above the regulatory limit of 0.1 mg for
this cardholder. This issue should have no impact on human
health, as cadmium is generally absorbed in ingestion or
inhalation; dermal is not regarded to be significant.

Low-Voltage Single-Ended Probes

Tektronix Low-Voltage Single-Ended Probes are designed for measuring high-speed, ground-referenced signals up to 12V. The probes are used to take measurements on high-impedance, high-frequency circuit elements that require minimal probe loading. The series provides a low input capacitance specification (<1pF) to minimize the loading effect on the circuit. A probe with lower input capacitance will offer higher input impedance at higher frequencies. Tektronix Low-Voltage Single-Ended Probes feature bandwidths up to 4GHz. Applications include High-speed digital system designs, manufacturing engineering and test, educational research, and more.
