TPP 180 & TPI 180 Series AC/DC Power Supplies

TRACO Power TPP 180 Medical Series and TPI 180 Industrial Series feature two 180W families of ultra-compact AC/DC power supplies. These high-power density modules are available in a 3" x 2" open-frame or a 3.6" x 2.44" fully enclosed package. The six models provide single outputs of 12V_DC / 15V_DC / 24V_DC / 36V_DC / 48V_DC / 53V_DC. They are rated 180W with forced air and up to 150W convection cooled.

TPP 180 Medical 180W AC/DC Power Supplies

TRACO Power TPP 180 Medical 180W AC/DC Power Supplies feature a reinforced double I/O isolation (3000V_AC) system according to the most recent medical safety standards (60601-1 3rd edition, 2 x MOPP). The leakage current is below 300μA, making the modules suitable for body-floating (BF) applications. These encapsulated AC/DC power supplies offer excellent efficiency of up to 94% and high power density in a compact design of 3" x 2" for open-frame versions and 3.6" x 2.44" for encased modules. The series delivers 150W in natural convection operation and up to 180W with forced air cooling as well as 220W peak power for 5s. TRACO Power TPP 180 Medical 180W AC/DC Power Supplies have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C (derating above +50°C). These power supplies provide an ideal solution for industrial and medical devices and for demanding safety and space-critical applications.
