Anti-Vibration variant parts are ideal when the application demands high capacitance current capability.

Polymer Capacitors

Panasonic Capacitors offer a wide range of technologies that can be used in the most demanding applications. OS-CON™ parts are characterized by a long life span and minimal changes in ESR throughout the entire rated temperature range. POSCAP (tantalum polymer) parts offer high reliability and high heat resistance, making them the ideal Chip Capacitor for digital, high-frequency devices, and more. The SP-Cap (aluminum polymer SMD) line from Panasonic is composed of multiple series that offer extremely low ESR, a capacitance range up to 560µF, and a voltage range from 2V to 16V, achieving good noise suppression and transient response. Unlike MLCCs, SP-Caps are not susceptible to temperature drift and DC/AC bias characteristics. The EEH-ZA/ZC/ZK series utilizes the benefits of both electrolytic and aluminum polymer capacitor technologies, creating a capacitor with low ESR, low leakage current, high ripple current, and smaller case sizes.

Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Panasonic Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors combine the benefits of electrolytic and polymer capacitor technologies. This combination achieves high ripple current and low ESR with low leakage current and high-reliability performance, contributing to miniaturization and high reliability of equipment. The AEC-Q200 qualified components feature an electrolyte fused with conductive polymer and electrolyte liquid. The capacitors are offered in a wide voltage range from 25VDC to 80VDC, 10µF to 470µF rated capacitance, an ESR range from 20mΩ to 120mΩ, and a ripple current range of 0.5ARMS to 4.0ARMS. These Panasonic hybrid capacitors are suitable for automotive equipment and base stations, which need compact and high-reliability components.

Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Panasonic Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors offer a vast range of voltage ratings and capacitance values. These capacitors are available in surface-mount (SMT) and leaded-radial mounting styles. Panasonic ZF through-hole AECs offer up to 63VDC operating voltage with no voltage derating necessary and feature low leakage current (3µA). The series provides stable characteristics over operating temperature and frequency.

Panasonic EEH-ZF V-Type SMD Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors achieve low ESR, a high withstand voltage, and high reliability through hybrid electrolyte construction. The hybrid electrolyte consists of a conductive polymer and electrolytic liquid. Panasonic SMT EEH-ZF Hybrid Capacitors are offered in standard and vibration-proof options with high-temperature lead-free reflow. These components are ideal for applications that require a low leakage current and high reliability.
