SPHV & SPHV-C TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SPHV and SPHV-C TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment against ESD and lightning-induced surge currents. SPHV (unidirectional) and SPHV-C (bidirectional) TVS didoes replace 0402-sized MLVs in automotive, LED, and instrumentation applications. These Littelfuse TVS diodes absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) and dissipate up to 8A of induced surge current. 

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
