SP1005 / SP1007 Bidirectional TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SP1005 and SP1007 Bidirectional TVS Diodes are part of the Silicon Protection Arrays SPA™ portfolio and provide best-in-class ESD protection by offering the lowest dynamic resistance in the industry's smallest available footprint. Littelfuse SP1005 Silicon Protection Array devices (30pF @ 0V) offer up to ±30kV ESD protection and 10A (tp=8/20µs) of surge protection with only 0.7Ω of dynamic resistance, providing best-in-class clamping performance. Littelfuse SP1007 Silicon Protection Array devices (3.5pF @ 2.5V) can withstand up to ±8kV ESD, which protects up to the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. The SP1005 and SP1007 are flipchips measuring only 0.62x0.32x0.28mm. These TVS diodes are optimized for use in a wide variety of applications, including mobile phones, smart phones, camcorders, PDAs, digital cameras, and more.

Littelfuse Circuit Protection for IoT Wearable Devices provide protection and are also extremely small in size to be compatible with the small form factor of IoT Wearables. For general purpose circuits (buttons, audio, etc.), the SP1013 and SP1014 are available in 0201 size; for the ultimate in small size, the SP1020 and SP1021 are 01005 size. For high-frequency circuits (RF), the SP3022 is available with 0.35pF and 0201 size.

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
