Cornell Dubilier (CDE) DSF 3-Cell High Voltage Supercapacitors offer a 9V maximum working voltage rating and 0.33F to 5F capacitance range in a three-cell radial leaded package. Multiple devices can be banked to gain even higher capacitance or voltage. The DSF series features internal cell balancing to ensure optimal performance and serve as a production time saver. These three-cell supercapacitors provide increased energy potential and power output than single- or dual-cell parts in standard PCB layouts, and the compact design saves space. CDE DSF 3-Cell High Voltage Supercapacitors withstand more than 500,000 charge/discharge cycles, delivering up to 10 years without performance degradation. The large capacity makes it possible to support brief power interruptions, supplement batteries, or even be used in place of batteries. Typical applications include green energy, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and the Internet of Things (IoT).

DGH & DSF 3-Cell Supercapacitors

Cornell Dubilier (CDE) DGH and DSF 3-Cell Supercapacitors offer higher voltage and greater power density, along with ultra-fast charging, an extremely low self-discharge rate, and low equivalent series resistance (ESR). These compact modules are PCB mountable and feature internal cell balancing to deliver optimal performance and serve as a production time saver. The supercapacitors provide greater energy potential and power output than single- or dual-cell parts in standard PCB layouts, and multiple devices can be banked for even higher voltage or capacitance. CDE DGH and DSF 3-Cell Supercapacitors withstand more than 500,000 charge/discharge cycles, performing for up to 10 years without degradation. DSF 3V Supercapacitors

Cornell Dubilier / Knowles (CDE) DSF 3V Supercapacitors are high-voltage capacitors with fast charge and discharge, high power density, and low equivalent series resistance (ESR). The series operates over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and has a lifetime of 1000 hours with rated voltage applied at +65°C. CDE DSF 3V Supercapacitors offer a 1.2F to 600F capacitance range and are ideal for use in battery backup and alternative applications, as well as pulse power, energy harvesting, LED displays, mechanical actuators, and audio systems.
