DMM6500 Graphical Digital Multimeters

Keithley DMM6500 Graphical Digital Multimeters (DMM) are cost-effective, modern bench/system DMMs delivering more measurement functionality and insight. The large 5" capacitive touchscreen display makes it easy to observe, interact with, and explore measurements with pinch-and-zoom simplicity. The DMM6500 series also provides superior analog measurement performance, delivering 25PPM basic DCV accuracy for one year and 30PPM for two years, potentially allowing users to extend their calibration cycles. These Keithley devices are equipped with all the expected measurement functions, eliminating the need to purchase additional measurement capabilities. The 15 measurement functions include capacitance, temperature (RTD, thermistor, and thermocouple), diode test with variable current sources, and up to 1MS/sec digitizing.
