PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers

Honeywell PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers use piezoresistive sensing technology with application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) signal conditioning in a brass housing. These transducers integrate a Metri-Pack 150 electrical connector, operate between -40°C to +125°C, and are fully calibrated. PX3 transducers consume less current and provide high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance, insulation resistance, and dielectric strength. Honeywell PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers are compatible with refrigerants, petroleum oils, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, brake fluids, air, and water. Industrial applications include heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) and air compressor system monitoring. Transportation applications include air systems and hydraulic oil pressure monitoring.

Pressure Sensors

Honeywell Pressure Sensors offer measurement solutions with a complete lineup of board-mount and heavy-duty sensors. These sensors are easily configurable and available in a wide range of ports, connectors, outputs, and pressure ranges. Honeywell Pressure Sensors are suitable for basic or complex applications, delivering enhanced precision, repeatability, and ruggedness.

Heavy Industrial Pressure Sensing

Honeywell PX2 and PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers are highly configurable pressure sensors that use piezoresistive sensing technology with ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) signal conditioning in a metal housing. These Honeywell sensors are calibrated and compensated for offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity using the onboard ASIC. The Total Error Band, which provides an indication of the sensor’s true measurement performance over a specified temperature range, is ±2 %FSS (+40ºC to +125ºC [-40°F to +257°F]) for the PX2 series and ±1 %FSS (-20°C to +85°C [-4°F to +185°F]) for the PX3 Series. Pressure ranges are 1bar to 70bar | 100kPa to 7MPa | 15psi to 1000psi for the PX2 Series and 1bar to 50bar | 15psi to 700psi for the PX3 Series. Honeywell PX2 and PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers are designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and are RoHS and CE compliant.

Electronic Sensors

Honeywell Sensing and Control offers electronic sensors for any type of physical phenomenon that needs to be detected or measured.  Honeywell's portfolio includes temperature, pressure, force, current, humidity, magnetic, motion and position sensors. The sensors provide a corresponding output, usually in the form of an electronic signal.
