HCM1A High-Current Molded Inductors

Eaton HCM1A High-Current Molded Inductors include a broad variety of products and offer a lower core loss than other powdered iron solutions. Both the HCM1A and HCM1AxV2 modules provide higher Isat, lower DC resistance (DCR), and soft roll-off characteristics. These inductors are magnetically shielded to reduce EMI and operate at an ambient temperature of +125°C with a maximum total temperature of +155°C. The product line features superior performance under harsh ambient conditions and offers current ratings up to 100A. Eaton HCM1A High-Current Molded Inductors are AEC-Q200 compliant to ensure automotive-grade electrical and mechanical performance, specifically at high operating temperatures.

HCM1AV2 Automotive High-Current Power Inductors

Coiltronics / Eaton HCM1AV2 Automotive-Grade High-Current Power Inductors are designed to meet automotive electronics power and thermal handling requirements. The inductors use an advanced molded construction design for high-current handling capabilities and feature better thermal dissipation characteristics and superior mechanical strength. These components are magnetically shielded for low EMI and have low core loss and temperature stability over the operating temperature range. The HCM1AV2 family has a wide variety of SMT footprints from 4mm to 23mm.

The components are magnetically shielded for low EMI.
