LTM4622/LTM4623 Buck DC/DC μModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4622/LTM4623 Ultrathin Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators operate over an input voltage range up to 20V with an external bias supply. The LTM4622/LTM4623 supports an output voltage range of up to 5.5V, set by a single external resistor. A 2.5A/3A continuous output current is delivered by the high-efficiency design, requiring only a few ceramic input and output capacitors.
